HCH Construction Services Inc. is a family-owned, people-focused construction company serving Western Pennsylvania and Northeast Ohio. Since 2009, we’ve specialized in high-quality residential remodeling and construction.
As our company has grown, so has our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our clients—especially seniors and individuals with disabilities. Today, HCH is proud to be a full-service provider and installer of accessibility and bathing products that support independent living and aging in place. I have always had trouble getting vendors to qualify to work at E.B. McNitt Apartments due to our company's (WinnResidental LLC) strict requirements. I always worry that because we are forced to hire large companies we lose the personal relationships that we have had with smaller vendors in the past. But after meeting with James, he was able to take the worry out of this for me. He is very personable and professional.
The employees for HCH are also friendly, outgoing and professional. The work is always completed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. I know that working with our many residents is sometimes trying and some are very hard to please. But time after time James amazes me with being able to please the Administrative Office and at the same time our residents. (Not an easy task!)

After deciding to replace our bathtub with a shower unit we contacted HCH Construction Services on the recommendation of a friend. My decision to get three estimates on this job went right out the window when James Chaney sat down and began to answer our questions. He listened to us and then suggested a couple of different options. After checking the space in our bathroom he suggested that we had room for a larger unit which I had not even considered. He was able to answer all of our questions right off the top of his head. The option we chose was exactly what we wanted and needed. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. The crew sent to our home had only one thing in mind and that was to ensure our total satisfaction. They were neat, clean and completely professional to the point of staying late in order to finish the job in one day rather than two. Needless to say, we are thrilled with our new shower system and the experience of dealing with James and his organization. Everyone I dealt with at HCH left the impression that this is a top shelf operation. I would not hesitate to recommend them and if there was room for twenty stars that's what they deserve!
